Being able to protect yourself, home and/or family is essential and not everyone prefers to carry/protect themselves with a firearm. The laws vary from state to state, but in most states you are allowed to kill in self-defense, defense of others and defense of property. (If you don’t know what the law says, you’d better check.) But even in states where you are allowed to kill, the law has one huge caveat. That is, the courts have to agree with your actions, after the fact. There are pros and cons to any form of personal protection. This course examines different options for less lethal personal protection and discusses the pros and cons of each.
